Personal data is information that can be linked to you as an individual. It can be contact information such as name and telephone number, or a rating. You yourself have the right to decide on your own personal data.

Basis for processing personal data:

We process your personal data to meet our obligations to you and to meet the request you make by registering.

How we use personal data:

Mojob offers a recruitment platform where customers can publish job advertisements on other websites and connects these with job seekers. In this connection, personal data will be shared with our customers for recruitment to relevant positions. We only process information about you that you register yourself, and that is related to the purpose of the agreement. Personal data will not be stored longer than is necessary for the purpose. Information will be deleted 2 years after you were last active, or when you yourself request that the information be deleted.

Our customers may share your application with employees involved in the recruitment and third parties who assist them in the recruitment process, including recruitment companies, providers of personality tests, etc.

It is voluntary to consent to further storage. If you agree, we will continue to use the information for up to 2 years after the last activity, or until you notify us that you want to be deleted. You can notify us to delete using this email: ahoy@mojob.io

Mojob will also process personal data to the extent that the legislation allows access to it or you have consented to it.

Your rights:

You can see what information we have about you on your profile at any time. You have the right to access, edit or delete your personal data, or limit the processing, to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability. You also have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.

Cookies (cookies):

When you visit one of Mojob's websites (for example www.mojob.io) you register various types of information about you in a "Cookie". A cookie is a small file that is stored locally with you. It is not harmful and cannot contain viruses or applications. You can always turn off cookies.

What information is being registered on you as a user:

When you visit Mojob online, we record various types of information about you as a user using cookies and in some cases your IP address:

- Your location, using IP address, location data or the like

- Your web behaviour, such as which pages you visit and how often, or services you order

- Technical information about your browser and your operating system

- All data traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted, and is stored with our strict requirements for data security.

The purpose and how we use data collected on the website:

1. Technical purpose:
   In order for our website to be as stable as possible, we distribute traffic on several servers with a traffic distributor "junction".

2. Analytical purpose:
   In order to be able to learn from your and other users' behaviour, we use Google Analytics and Hotjar (mobile). Here we analyze data so that we can improve the website's functionality, user experience and content. Data from Google's cookies, such as IP address stored anonymously on Google's servers. These values are anonymous and contain no information that can be traced back to you. Cookies used with Google Analytics are "_gid" and "_ga". Cookies used with Hotjar are "_hjid". We use a support system called Intercom to communicate with you as a user. Data is collected from Mojob here so that we can quickly help you if needed. This system is also used to communicate with you. Cookies used with intercom are "intercom-session-*".

3. Marketing purpose:

   Marketing cookies are used to track visitors across websites. The intention is to display ads that are relevant and engaging for the you as an individual, and thereby more valuable for publishers and third party advertisers. We apply the following cookies in this regard:

   • Facebook

   • Google Ads

Personalization:

To ensure that content is as relevant as possible to you, we use cookies that contain data such as language, segment and digital device. The information we collect in connection with the use of the website may in some cases be combined with information from other customer relationships. Cookies used for this purpose are "i18_redirect", "cookie_control_consent" and "cookie_control_enabled_cookies".
