Assessment information: Ratings, video assessment recordings, profile notes, interview notes, reference surveys, background check information

5. How we use personal data
a. Recruitment
When you apply for a job, your data is shared with the employer and necessary third-party systems. We only collect what is needed for recruitment and retain it for up to 2 years of inactivity, or until you request deletion.
b. Talent pools & employee lists
With your consent, your profile may be saved for future job matching and communication by Mojob and its customers.
c. Employee work scheduling
If you are involved in scheduled work assignments, your profile may be used by customers to match you to future projects. Data is only shared with authorized personnel and third-party systems under data protection agreements.
d. Temporary work for staffing
If you accept temporary work assignments, your profile may be used by customers to match you to future projects. Data is only shared with authorized personnel and third-party systems under data protection agreements.
e. Talent engagement projects
Your data may also be used in non-recruitment contexts, such as training, research, or outreach projects, with your explicit consent. Data is retained for up to 2 years of inactivity.
f. Business and employer profiles
If you're a company user, Mojob stores your name, contact information, and role to enable platform functions such as job posting, applications review, work scheduling, and team collaboration.
6. Data sharing
We may share personal data with:
Customers and their selected recruitment and personnel management partners, if you are a candidate, prospective candidate, or registered employee of those customers.
Service providers: hosting, background checks, analytics, AI tools—all under strict GDPR-compliant agreements.
Regulatory authorities or courts as required by law.
7. Data retention
Personal data is deleted:
Automatically after 2 years of inactivity.
Immediately upon withdrawal of consent.

You may at any time:
